For the more visually inclined, Thursday night Lynne Tillman will be talking about the relationship between words and images in her work over at SVA and Keith Mayerson is showing new paintings at Derek Eller Gallery. Also notable: Roman Signer at the Swiss Institute, and John Kessler at Fisher Landau Center for Art in Queens (opens 10/17).
